Tiffany Conner

I am a Fitness Teacher Gospel Preacher with a passion to help build strong bodies and spirits. 

My own fitness journey started with a lack of confidence and support.  I floundered and struggled finding my way and what worked for me. I have gone from neglecting my body and spirit to obsessing over the outward appearance and physical fitness.  I have learned to find grace and freedom through faith and fitness.  There is beauty in the balance of life. The Lord calls us to live a life of joy and being able to move my body is now a get to not a have to.  

I am blessed to be able to train others to finding their freedom to live their best life in mind, body, and spirit.

I am a momma of three amazing kiddos and have the most supportive husband.  They are why I do what I do.
